Operating on your Project with onsite oversight, PPR, representing your interests, takes on the intricate, ongoing task of scheduling and managing the various jobs and tradespeople, as well as the job of quality control…assuring that each job installation is fulfilled according to the terms of that contract.
In addition, a major challenge in redeveloping/renovating a property is that although the property may seem in good condition, there can be underlying problems uncovered during the demolition and construction process. So, both you and PPR should be ready to expect the unexpected…because unexpected problems may show up even after a thorough property inspection and those problems will potentially increase your costs and timeline to completion. That is why a construction quote is really just an estimate.
